Defected order

I ordered a set of tail lights 2 months ago. You guys send me a defected set than i told to how arrange delivery the guy said I'll send you another one but now it 42nd day i didn't get anything yet. I tracked order is show you product is returned so now i don't want anymore please give me my money back I'll order it somewhere else

Track my order

Would like to know when my order is coming. I placed this order awhile ago and I haven't received a tracking number yet. I understand that shipping is done within 7 days but I would appreciate some kind of response from the vendor. Thank you

Dispute order

My husband Aaron wolf didn't make no orders from you guy's but you took 2 payments away from his credit card without his permission 2 transfer was made today September 23 2021 for amount of 461.95 and 461.92 Those transactions was not authorized by him at all . They need to be canceled and money need to return to card now. This is not a joke I am his wife Elizabeth wolf I do not appreciat our hard

Modification of delivery date

Unhappy with service

Alibaba took more money from my VISA credit card than the amount indicated on my invoice and despite leaving several messages via email and telephone, no one responded to me. I was finally able to get a customer service rep on Alibaba's chatline, the rep was not helpful. I have turned the issue over to my credit card company, and they have started a dispute.

User's recommendation: Do not pay with a credit card because there is the chance that you will be overcharged.

Couldnt talk to anybody but issue is fixed. It would help if somebody understood what you were asking. I kept getting referred to computer problems. Problem was with shoes.

Shipment information is wrong
