I ordered 2,000 boxes from Jinguan Printing. They were 2 months late, cost $800 USD more to ship than the estimate noted and 50% of them were damaged. See attached pictures.

Jinguan printing accepted responsibility but will refuse to provide a refund and have since stopped returning my emails for further resolution.

Alibaba is refusing to acknowledge this is an issue or acknowledge the damaged goods.

This is economically prohibitive for small businesses and very poor reflection on Alibaba. I have reached out and only got their robots to answer.

Any direction on how to escalate this would be welcomed.
