I made the payment in OCTOBER, then I asked for a refund because the provider never provided me with any information, then according to the provider that we would continue with the transactions and that they released me when I obtained the permit in my country, However, the supplier of my trust abused, I never realized that this supplier added on the ALIBABA page THAT MY EU ORDER DISPATCHED in OCTOBER, however in the images you can see that on DECEMBER 26 we talked about waiting a few more days for the permits, that means that you are leaving evidence that I AM SCAMMED And ALIBABA, if it does not investigate, IS COMPLICIT in this robbery. They cannot tell me that 30 days have passed since the dispatch of the merchandise, because I have only learned of this FALSE DISPATCH AND SHIPPING OF MERCHANDISE. Scammer in Alibaba: Guangzhou BJ cosmestics

It was my first time using Alibaba and I thought these companies are legit because they are 3 year gold star and that they are honest people. I have purchased $600 worth of digital gift cards and their mode of payment was through crypto USDT.

As soon as I sent payment to Francis Granier (which is the representative that Dora Ma, the CEO, provided) this company just kept giving me the run around and never gave the products and my money back. Horrible *** company. Do not buy from Alibaba! These guys will scam you.

I am warning you.

The scamming company is called Guangzhou Bj Cosmetics and their CEO is DORA MA.

The representative is Francis Granier and Mike Davis. They are all running a scamming company scamming people for gift cards they will never send it to you.

Alibaba - Bad experience with the seller and the dispute team

I have a documented agreement on what I want exactly and that any non conformity will result in me sending back the goods at the seller's expense. I have fallen into this bottomless pit with the seller and the dispute team are helping the seller even with all the evidence.

I contacted customer service a thousand times but they all sound like broken records: they follow the same script... The latest is now the dispute team is just extending the window to submit evidence every time. There is no more evidence to submit but they are stuck now because they are facing the situation when they can't help the seller anymore.

(I'm sure they'll come up with something). Bottomline, I won't deal with Alibaba anymore even if everything is offered free to me, there are other better choices out there.

I paid for a Digital Vinyl Printer and cutting machine on 30 May 2023 which Hower promised me that he will send the machine to my Agent in Foshana in a week time but until now he didn't send the machine.

I have been sending him messages on Alibaba but he is not even reply my messages I also tried and canceled the order 3 timrs on Alibaba so at least I can get my money back but Alibaba system cancel my refund process. I wonder what is going on exactly?

A single machine can not take that long or is Alibaba is also a scammer or why you can't refund my money back. I paid 1700 USD

Fraudulent conduct and refund issue

I place an order for a sample, in November of 2022. Once the sample was received, it was very smaller than I thought.

I contacted the seller and let her know that I am interesting the ordering the item sent to me, in addition 2 other item that I saw on their Alibaba website and that I want the items in USA size. The seller agreed that she can provide the clothing in USA sizing buy going up on the sizes, whoever we agreed that all items to be 2 size bigger. During the ordering process one of the items, I sent the seller, the seller advised me that they were out of stock. The seller then sent me a similar item as a replacement for the originally item that I was interesting.

I asked the seller if the replacement item is the same as the original item I wanted and was told yes, and that the originally item I order was a series of clothing. I proceeded with the recommendation that was given to me by the seller. I stated to the seller a few time to make sure that all items are 2 size bigger. The seller informed me that 1 of the 3 items the biggest size was 3X, so for that 1 item the largest she can go is to the 3X.

I agreed and proceeded with the order. After and before paying for the order, I reiterated couple more time to make sure the items was done in the correct sizes. I was told by the seller don't worry about it, she will make sure the correct sizes were done. I placed and paid for the orders on 11/25/22.

A few days after I notice that the order was showing that I received the order on 11/28/22. I contact the seller 3 or more time to correct the order shipping information to ensure that the receiving shipment was corrected. After a few attempts reaching out to the seller, I realize that the seller did not want to correct the shipping information, so I filed a dispute to ensure that the correct shipping was updated or to make sure my order stated open until order was receive and quality check was done. The seller was not happy and asked me to cancel the dispute, I explained to the seller that I will not cancel, because I will lose the opportunity to file a clam because buyers have 30 days to file a claim, after 30 days you are unable to file a dispute for refund, and I want to protect myself.

I received the items on 1/18/23, after checking the items. I realize that all 3 products were not 2 sizes up and was just their original sizes. I then contacted the seller to let her be aware of the situation. The seller started to give me the run around about the different countries size chart and that is the reason why they are small.

Seller offered me a discount on my next order, I advised the seller that I did not want a discount, because I am unable to sell any of these items because of their extra small sizes and I am not interested in doing future business with them. I try working with the seller, but the seller wants to do was give discount. I filed a dispute with Alibaba on 2/16/23. I have provided all the proof, video, pictures and conversation messages between me and the seller as to what was agreed and paid for.

The dispute team, try to force me into take a discount, I advised them that I do not want a discount, only a refund. The dispute team kept on give me the run around and keep on asking for information that is irrelevant to the case over and over again. I kept on providing all the information they asked for, just to have the dispute department ask for more and more. After providing, some of the information, the dispute team that's handling the claim, asked for another video because they did not believe that I am providing them the correct information.

I provide them with a new video with the measurements showing the size of the item I was measuring to them. During the dispute process, the person that is handling the dispute, started to make up lies and adding information that neither me nor the seller provided as evidence. I asked the dispute person if they were related to the seller, because they were asking and for information on the seller behalf, even when the seller did not asked nor mention these requests in any of their respond to my dispute. I have provided clear proof to the dispute department as to the agreement me and the seller had that all item was to be in USA sizing and were to be 2 size bigger.

I provided all pictures, video and detail communication messages to the dispute department. After a month and a half, on 3/24/23 the dispute department resolve the dispute by saying that the seller insisted that they told me about the size issue and that the clothing was 1 size bigger, and also that is my fault because some of the seller items that was order was from the seller catalog, which is different in size, therefor it's not the seller fault.

A lot of the information was made up by the dispute department, because the seller did not say in any of their dispute respond nor did they provide any evidence to the dispute department in regarding to the summery determing information the dispute department use to make the ruling for the seller. I believe that Alibaba is working with sellers to defraud buyers out of their money, and don't have any intension on ever refunding any buyers when it comes to disputes.
