a screen smoke tprotect yourselves from the law.

You MUST have a reason for IMMEDIATE REFUND TO CUSTOMER when the customer buys a counterfeit or pirated item.
3. Instead, you criminally instruct the victi to negoatiate with the criminal seller to return the item.
4. Your guarantee for a free return is nonsense.
First, the seller who deceived me wants me to pay for tereturn and then he would reimburse me. I am not negotiating with criminals.

When Iasked Aliexpress to send me free shipping labels they cut me off and send me to their pathetic brainless chat bot EWA which continued to tell me in loos to return the item.
6.Aliexress should know that counterfeit products are illegal and cannot be shipped back as it is against the law. I provided a copy of the police report and and the advice of the detective to destroy the phone.
7. I sent this info 7 times to Aliexress and theycontinued to insisist
to negotiate with the seller and to shi back the phone.
8. This is a proof that Aliexpress along with American express actively encourage the illegal trade of counterfeit goods , protecting the criminal and victimizing the victim twice.

If I were to return the fake phone as Alexpress wants me to do ON MY DIME, the seller will try to rob another victim and this is encouraged BOTH BY ALIEXPRESS AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.
10. SINCE NEITHER OF THEM WOULD DO ANYTHING TO STOP THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, I FILED A CRMINAL COMLAINT WITH THE POLICE AGINST AMEX AND ALIEXRESS. HOEFULLY THE POLICE WILL LAY CRIMINAL CHARGES AND FIX THIS ONCE AND FOREVER.

I HAVE AN OVERWHELMING PILE OF DOCUMENTS EXPOSING THIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

Hello, my name is Nicole Whiteside I placed the order When I got the label receipt, I was told my package will come on 24 January and I was happy with that because Im off that day that will be a Thursday and Im off on Friday. It ended up coming Wednesday and I was not here and My Son did not get to the house to after 3 oclock they delivered my package on the 23rd at 11:06 so it was out there for so long and someone stole it.
My birthday is January 29 and I had bought a Fur coat, fur hat, and red leather gloves it came up to $520.
im asking for a refund because I was told it was coming on the 24th. They never let me know that it was a change in the delivery until DHL said it was dropped off the 23rd when they made a change DHL they never let me know so I did not know my package was coming the 23rd.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Finally, and after long and hard dispute, I got the amount I asked for my loss.
At the moment, they offered me coupon/voucher but I did not accept it. I carry on asking money back. It is not closed yet.
Despite of many proofs, photos and videos, experts' testimonials on the quality, the dispute team said : "not serious quality issue" therefore they don't pay full refund only partial. To my question: "How do you mean not serious quality issue" ? They didn't answer. The seller blocked me after my first quality complaint.
In the dispute page they lie lie and lie, but I already have proven with official emails and with screenshots that they lie, still, the dispute team pissesmeoff. What is it called?
If they send me trash, they don't take it back, they don't change to normal, they don't pay back my money, what is it called? Its called stealing.
